Great customer service and check-in experience. All staff members were very helpful and nice to us. The room we stayed at was clean and confortable. I did not expect it, but we had a beautiful view of the mountain! Products offered, such as shampoo and soap, were of great quality. The hotel overall has a great decoration, is very clean and confortable.

Loved the location - close to Cal Poly and downtown and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Also very convenient to the freeway so getting to wineries, the beach and hiking was very easy. The decor was fun, with local pictures of surfing, the beach and other scenery making the room feel vibrant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was nice, the location is good and not too far from town center so we were able to walk back and forth. (We like to walk, so not everyone may feel the same).
